We do not accept returns or exchanges.   For this reason, please check the spelling and punctuation carefully on personalized items before you place your order.   We are not responsible for misspelled names or words unless, of course, it is our mistake. However, if there is any problem or issue with your order please email us and let us know.  

If there is a mistake with your order and it's our fault, please email us with the details within 24 hours of receiving the shipment and we will gladly send you a replacement order.
